Help! I Can’t Stop Watching DIVERGENT

Lately, I’ve found myself stuck in an endless Divergent loop. It’s always on TV. I can’t get away from it. I have to watch it.

Who cares about the hundred-plus films that stare at me judgmentally from my Netflix queue? I know I surely don’t. When Divergent is on nothing else matters.

I really don’t know how this happened to me. I’ve never read the books, nor do I really want to. It’s not a series I have that much investment in or one that greatly appeals to me. Frankly, the post-apocalyptic genre isn’t my thing.

The only logical explanation I have as to why I can’t stop watching Divergent is this: I’m obsessed with Tris & Four.

Their relationship is the kind fangirls swoon over. We really love our fictional characters and the epic romances between them.

Tris is fearless and strong-willed. She is trying to find the place where she belongs. Four is a warrior, a bit set in his ways. Their instant chemistry and the whole ‘will they or won’t they – but it’s so obvious that they will – thing’ make Divergent‘s power couple one of my favorites.

Tris & Four are the reason I love this movie. They’re the reason why I can’t stop watching Divergent.

Is there a movie that you find yourself watching every time it’s on TV? Why do you watch it? Is it because of the story line or the characters? Have you seen Divergent? Are you addicted to it? Tell me in the comments!

This post is the most relatable thing I have ever read in my entire life. A bit dramatic. I can’t seem to get over Divergent. I have never considered watching the series until three days ago when I came across it in Netflix, and ever since then, I can’t get it out of my head. One reason for this obsession is short and clear, just like what you said. Tris and Four. Their instant chemistry is what keeps me wake at night, I have never felt this way with any other dystopian movies, like maze runner and hunger games. This had a little kick to it. Help me get over this movie, I can’t seem to move on with my life after watching this. I miss them, I wish the actors were still friends.
